Irina about facelift with threads
I decided to have a face lift with threads after 40. I came to ANACOSMA because I had previously undergone mamplasty here, which I was satisfied with. The result is immediate: my face is tightened, but naturally. The price of facelift with threads, by the way, is justified, in my case cheaper than cosmetology, considering the effect and service. Rehabilitation took 2 weeks. If you want a delicate rejuvenation - this is what you need.

Frequently Asked Questions About Thread Lifts
    1
When are the results of a thread lift visible?
The first changes are visible immediately after the procedure: the tissues are lifted, and the facial contours become more defined. However, due to swelling and possible bruising, the results should be assessed after the initial recovery period — approximately 2–3 weeks later. The effect then gradually stabilizes.
    2
How long does recovery take after a thread lift?
The main recovery period usually lasts 7–10 days. During this time, swelling, minor bruising, sensitivity, or a feeling of tightness may persist. For several weeks, the doctor may recommend limiting excessive facial expressions, strenuous physical activity, facial massage, sauna visits, and other heat-based treatments. The exact recommendations depend on the type of threads and the insertion technique.
    3
When are threads no longer effective, making plastic surgery a better option?
A thread lift is primarily intended to address early or moderate age-related changes. In cases of significant tissue sagging, pronounced jowls, excess skin, deep folds, or noticeable changes in the neck area, threads will not provide results comparable to plastic surgery. In such cases, the surgeon may recommend a facelift or another correction method. The most suitable option is determined individually during a consultation.
    4
How many years do the results of a thread lift last?
The duration of the effect depends on the type of threads, tissue condition, the patient’s age, and lifestyle. Results after the placement of absorbable threads may last approximately 2–3 years, while non-absorbable threads may provide an effect lasting up to 5 years. However, a thread lift does not stop the natural aging process, so the effect gradually diminishes over time.
